BOSCH PRAISES ENERGY BILL THAT PROMOTES EXPANDED PRODUCTION OF HIGH EFFICIENCY APPLIANCES
(Huntington Beach, CA – Aug. 8, 2005) – Bosch home appliances, known for its environmentally conscious products, enthusiastically welcomed the passage of the Barton-Domenici Energy Policy Act. The bill, signed today by President Bush, contains provisions that will help expand sales of super-efficient appliances by providing tax incentives to manufacturers producing products meeting federal standards established by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).

BSH HOME APPLIANCES SUPPORT VICTIMS OF THE HURRICANES: An Employee Matching Program And An In-Kind Donation Will Be Pledged To Aid In The Relief Efforts
(Huntington Beach, CA - September 21, 2005) - BSH Home Appliances Corporation announced that it will match dollar-for-dollar contributions made by BSH associates to the United Way Hurricane Katrina Response Fund. In addition to the matching program, BSH plans to deliver an in-kind donation of at least $50,000 to victims of the hurricanes in affected areas. In order to decrease the spread of bacteria and aid in the comfort of hurricane victims, several efforts have been made to deliver washers and dryers to Red Cross shelters, churches and homes of relocated evacuees.

Bosch Kicks Off Major Branding Campaign on Broadway
Huntington Beach, Calif., December 13, 2004 – Elevating its branding campaign, leading home appliance manufacturer Bosch announced it will kick off an advertising blitz in New York City in mid-December. With a series of high-visibility outdoor ad placements, Bosch will showcase its “Your Life. Our Inspiration.” branding in Times Square on a five-panel billboard, on a wallscape and on a large video screen above the NASDAQ ticker. The campaign coincides with and supports the introduction of the new Bosch Free-Standing Convection Range in Sears stores nationwide in December.
